More Stuff!

Well, Papa J and Nana just left yesterday to head back home, they were very busy with the camera while they were here though! I've added a slideshow because of how many pictures there are, all pretty good ones too. Enjoy!


We all had a great visit, I want to thank Nana, Papa J and Andrea for all coming down to visit us. And helping put furniture together. That was nice too, hehe. Thanks!

As an aside, two pieces of Cameron's bedroom set came in, photos of those to come later when I get the room all set up.

She's so popular!

Everyone loves a baby! ... and they request recent pictures pretty often too! Not that I'm complaining or anything, as if taking a picture of this sweet little girl is a chore, pshaw. Here's one that was taken just this morning, snuggling with her gator.

This one is a bit older, but still nice nonetheless. Taken with my phone too, not bad eh?

The one below is really kind of showing the kind of shape I'm in after Saturday's ordeal, hehe. Long road to recovery ahead of me on that one (Mom says I look like a ghoul). The baby is still cute though >_>. The second one is of Cameron discovering her thumb. Hehe.

She made it!

Baby Cameron Rose Hamilton: Born September 28th at 9:19pm CST. She was 8lbs 2oz and 20 inches long. She's so good! Quiet, calm, rarely throws a serious fuss; a truly wonderful baby. And cute too, if I do say so myself! I'm including a slide show of her first few hours. I'll add more photos to the album as soon as I get them off of my mom's camera. Just a warning though, old people taking pictures without their glasses = fuzzy pictures! Hehe ;)

Labor Day Weekend.

Astrid and Jim came for the weekend and we all had a great time! I'm only posting a few pictures of me, mainly because I take pretty bad ones. =p However, I did promise a belly shot to some friends, so here goes!

I think I had just woken up, so please excuse my puffy face. Hehe. This is at 8 months. Compare it to these below, at about 5 months.

Alan and I were testing a swing outside of Cabela's. Really cool store by the way; they have great fleece!

We also picked out Cameron's furniture while everyone was down. It won't be delivered until after she's born (as I mentioned earlier), but here's a link to what it looks like. Very nice, much better than our own, haha.

Baby Registries

Well, with Mom (Nana) and Pop (Paw-paw) Hamilton visiting (<3 yoo guys) we've managed to empty the Burlington Baby Registry in one fell swoop, so I went ahead and deleted it off of their site. The furniture set we ordered might not even be in until after Cameron arrives, but it's nice enough to wait for. This baby is going to have nicer bedroom furniture than we have! Craziness, I swear. I also picked out some bedding for the crib... I don't normally do pink, but the snail with a crown sold me on it. It's real cute, I'll post pictures of it later. =)

Fencing Project... begin!

Alan and I replaced the part of the back fence that was down today. Wasn't too bad except for the completely rotted out pieces of planks. Then the cat went and got himself closed out of the fence and pretended like he couldn't climb it, that was fun too. Anyway, a little bit every weekend and soon the back fence will be nice again! Yay!

Yeah yeah I know, not a baby update, but meh =p

Baby Registries

Okay, I've updated my Babies'r'Us registry (#46278778) and started a Burlington Coat Factory registry (#10539707) with the crib that Alan and I liked on it. Again, missing the little things right now still. Bottles, blankets, bath accessories; no high chair either because I haven't thought that far ahead yet. On to pictures!


Here's the general color of the baby's room, although pictures really don't do it justice. Natural light from the glass doors make it look much nicer. Plus there's a mattress in there still and I didn't really want to include that in the photos. =P

Updates:

I finally added items to the baby registry at Babies'r'us. Not a lot of stuff there really, but the basics atleast. I know there's bunches more that we need to get, too. Haven't decided on a furniture color yet either, but I doubt it will be white. We'll see!
